Is Ruhul Amin the new president of Bangladesh?

posted in Tales of MUA |

Shuchinta has received this information from a very confidential source. As you all know, August 26th is the fourth hearing on Sheikh Hasina’s arrest and bail. The appeals court has already ruled her arrest illegal and the implementation of this decision has been purposely delayed by framing a new charge and then deferring decision by the Supreme Court three times.

As you may also know, Iajuddin’s term as president expires in September. According to our Constitution, a president can only be elected by an elected parliament. There is absolutely no other provision for it. However, the information we have received is that General Moeen Uddin Ahmed has offered the Chief Justice of our Supreme Court, Ruhul Amin, the presidency if he rules according to Moeen’s wishes on Sheikh Hasina’s case.

This is a gross travesty of justice and the exact form of corruption that Gen. MUA rails against. We need him to stop. We want him to stop.

We have seen several years of military dictatorship and their corruption. Even when they were not in power, we have witnessed their corruption. Enough is enough.

This is a very sensitive issue because it involves the chief justice. I hope you guys have some evidence to back up these claims, otherwise this is a propaganda of very poor taste… opposite of shuchinta :(

Please don’t tell me that the source of your news is none other than the very acclaimed, famous and “authentic” journalist TK (sitting in Sweeden but masquerading as a newsman from Dhaka).

    Questions:
    1. I guess TK’s purpose was met- he got his “assylum” courtesty of the whoel drama created over his arrest.

    2. Those emails with Joy, Rubel and the 1.5 million. What idd you do with it?

    3. Incidentally, CNN aired an anti-Yunus report just after two weeks following the news item on you receiving 1.5 milliion from the anti-government syndicate led by Joy, Rubel, etc.
Am I right to assume you used your CNN position to make some money and also malign one of the country’s heroes?

    4. I hope Shuchinta/E-Bangladesh.org will start to hire/refer to some credible journalists instead of such “profit-minded” types.

This did not come from TK. As a matter of fact, if TK reads this post, I hope he would speak out for himself.

If Shuchinta cannot back this up, then indeed it will be in a very poor taste. I, for one, cannot scoop that low. That would be wrong in so many levels.

And if anyone believes in Joy, Rubel and 1.5 million, then they live in fool’s paradise.

Sushanta Das Gupta, the very editor of e-bangladesh.org welcomes only the
Persons speak his language ONLY. In his site , my all posts were deleted even though
I complied with regulations. Only thing is that I disagreed with the comments posted in his site. I also wrote personal mail to him and yet to get reply. This is not correct.
e-bangladesh.org should be open for All for positive discussion. People should be allowed to read both side and get clear picture. Instead of that he is just posting only the comments he fervors.

I saw a movie called “Hotel Rwanda”. There a radio station called Radio RTLM, the Hutu Power, agitated the Hutu people through propaganda which erupted genocide in April (Don’t miss that Movie)

We are seeing another Hutu power in Bangladesh.
