Many of the former and in-service bureaucrats, who joined a secret meeting hosted by former energy adviser Mahmudur Rahman at his Uttara business office on Friday night, hurriedly leave the place sensing presence of journalists. Reports say that these BNP-Jamaat supporters met to plan details of rigging the 2007 general election of Bangladesh.

He was the puppet president. Semi liquid backbone. He cunningly became the head of Caretaker Government (the interim governance body during election in Bangladesh). No backbone. His orders come from Hawa Bhaban.
